1)    The Provisionally Selected Candidates are required to pay the fee and complete the admission formalities. The selected candidate may pay the fee between 10.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. (except lunch time 1.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.).

2)    Candidates graduated from University of Mumbai of this batch are required to pay a fee of Rs.3,32,455/-  for first year A.Y. 2019-20 by way of  Demand Draft in favour of “K J Somaiya Instt. of Mgmt. Studies & Research” Payable at Mumbai.

3)      Candidates graduated from other than University of Mumbai of this batch are required to pay a fee of Rs.3,32,855/- for first year A.Y. 2019-20 by way of  Demand Draft in favour of “K J Somaiya Instt. of Mgmt. Studies & Research” Payable at Mumbai.

4)      Candidates graduated from out of Maharashtra of this batch are required to pay a fee of Rs.3,32,955/- for first year A.Y. 2019-20 by way of  Demand Draft in favour of “K J Somaiya Instt. of Mgmt. Studies & Research” Payable at Mumbai

5)      Candidates should also submit documents listed below and also on our website as well as D.T.E. brochure.

6)      The admission is provisional and is subject to the final approval of Jt. DTE / DTE / University of Mumbai / Pravesh Niyantran Samiti

 

Imp Note : - Please bring your photo Image (passport Size) which you have uploaded in the DTE when you have filled the DTE online application form. (keep a copy in your email)

Instructions:
1. The entire image (of size 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm) consisting of the photo
is required to be scanned and stored in *.jpg format on local machine.
2. Before uploading, ensure that the size of the scanned file is less than 30KB.
3. If the size of the file is more than 30 KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner
such as the no. of dpi, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.

e.g. the Technical Specifications of the sample scanned image shown above are:
• Size of the file below 35 KB
• The Width of the Image should be below 400
• The Height of the Image should be below 400
Colour scheme= True colors  (24 bit)
• Dpi setting = 300dpi

15)  Provisional Statement of Eligibility from University of Mumbai, Kalina – those Students  who have graduated from other than University of Mumbai

21)  For Candidates who have changed their name/or in whose name there is difference in the certificate should give an affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper (Notarized).

24) Complaints regarding the use of fake certificates shall be investigated in time bound manner and if it is found guilty, such admission shall be cancelled. Further appropriate action shall be initiated with due intimation to Competent Authority.
